Drunken Fumbling by Ego Honey was written in 2015, bringing aspects from indie rock artists such as Arctic Monkeys and The Kooks.

The biggest strength of this track is its lyrics which show a prominent story throughout the song about having feelings for someone who no longer has feelings for you.

I like the track a lot due to it's simple chord progression which turns a subject that is sad into somethinng fun and happy. The use of the acoustic guitar also gives it a raw feeling. The electric guitar playing the melody also contributes to this.

However, by slowing the chord progressions down on the lines 'Do you want to stay with me tonight?' and letting the chord ring out makes the song seem like a cry for help, expressing the desperateness of the feelings.
